Grill a sirloin steak and slice it thin, then serve with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
Chop it in small cubes for sirloin beef and vegetable soup.
Season thin slices with your favorite seasonings for a salad.
Sirloin is great for stir-fry, fajitas, and slow smoked.

FREE Lamb Rub with the purchase of $25 worth of lamb cuts. The American Lamb Board sells this lamb rub for the promotion of American Lamb. It not locally made, however, it is excellent for putting on a boneless leg of lamb roast for your holiday dinner. We have several sizes of boneless roasts available at the store. If you do not see something you're looking for just ask at the counter. We have more in back. Most range from less than 1.5 to 3.5 pounds.

A sad note with a heavy heart from Shady Rail Farm...
For those of you that have gotten used to seeing Charity at the store, at the Crawfordsville Farmers Market or just wherever we are catering you should come by Four Seasons on Thursday night & tell her goodbye. After working for us for 5 1/2 years, Friday will be her last day. Her husband has accepted a job in Georgia & they are moving. I am going to miss her terribly because not only is she my employee but she is my dear friend. So stop by on Thursday from 3-7pm to tell her bye & have a piece of her favorite cake with her.
