Just a reminder classes are running as normal through to Saturday 22nd December, with two special classes on the 27th December, Flowing into the New Year with Ease 10am-11.15am and Settling into Stillness 6pm-7.30pm with Grace.  Classes resume 3rd January along with some great workshops from our teachers and guest teachers. 
In case we don't get to see you over the next week Merry Christmas from everyone at Central Wellness,thank you for all your support and presence this year, it's been amazing, we are so grateful for building this strong and vibrant community together.
