All versions of PROMAS have new releases available on our website. Cloud users will be automatically updated on December 16.

Version 12 for Rentals: The Professional Landlord ® Release 2018.4 Build 7 has been posted to the support website download page. Cloud users will be automatically updated on Sunday December 16.  Please review the Release Notes for Version 2018.4 for information about the changes in this release.  The electronic filing in this release has been approved by the IRS for the 2018 tax year.

Version 6 for Associations: Promas for Associations Version 2019.1 Build 3 has been posted to the support website download page. This release includes new productivity enhancements and electronic tax filing that has been approved by the IRS for the 2018 tax year. Please review the Release Notes for Version 2019.1 for information about the changes in this release. 

Version 6 for Rentals: We strongly recommend that all Version 6 users convert to Version 12. Version 2019.1 Build 1 has been posted to the support website download page. The only change is to the electronic tax filing, which has been approved by the IRS for the 2018 tax year. Please review the release notes for more information. You may also wish to review the Benefits of Converting to Version 12 and the Conversion Instructions for Version 12.
