HEALTHY SKIN TIP
Love papaya? Papaya loves skin. Once you've finished eating your delicious papaya, swipe the inside of the skin of the papaya (yes, I promise that is what I am asking you to do) on to cleansed and dry skin, leave on as a mask for 5 minutes, rinse off, and follow with your face oil. The natural fruit enzymes in the inside of the papaya skin will help to gently exfoliate skin and naturally brighten it. Keep any unused skin in the fridge in an airtight container. This will keep for about a week. Use it as a mask every night for a week, and watch your skin brighten and glow.
