Dear SC-CC members, staff and community,
 

We are sorry to announce, but pleased for our current Office Administrator, Cristina Pietropaolo who has accepted a full-time position at Ryerson University. (More on this in late December President’s Message.)

We are looking for someone capable and interested to fill the Office Administrator & Membership Registrar position. This is 6 hours a week @ $25/hour; 4 hours required in person at the Toronto office located in Artscape Wychwood Barns with wheelchair accessibility. Other hours can be remotely and independently scheduled. This position begins in January 2019 with paid training hours in December 2018.

Requirements
  • exceptional computer skills (GSuite, Office, MailChimp, Eventbrite, SurveyMonkey, Zoom)
  • excellent organizational skills to support volunteers, membership, conference registrations, and general office support
     
Assets
  • l'anglais est la langue la plus utilisée dans le cadre de cet emploi, mais le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout considerable
  • cultural competency and friendliness
  • attention to detail and reliability working remotely
