Dana Ponsky
Senior College Admissions Counselor
Prior to joining NYC Admissions Solutions, Dana served as a director of college counseling in high schools in Miami, Florida, and Washington, D.C. Most recently, she lead the development of a new, comprehensive career services office in a Brooklyn high school to help students understand the importance of career development in the college admissions and decision process.
Dana brings to NYCAS over 10 years of experience in college admissions counseling, as well as a unique
background in both college and career counseling, along with student development services at the collegiate level.

Beth Siegel-Graf
Senior Admissions Associate (Staten Island)
Prior to joining NYC Admissions Solutions, Beth Siegel-Graf was a former director of admissions, high school assistant principal of Pupil Personnel Services and assistant principal of the arts with the New York City Department of Education.
Beth brings to NYCAS over 20 years of experience in every aspect high school admissions counseling, from articulating middle school students, to the Over the Counter admissions process for students who have recently come to the NYC system, as well as creating the admissions algorithm for her school. Working at the High School Fairs, giving tours, and leading High School Information Nights has given her the expertise in directly assisting families with this process.

Mary Miele
Senior Admissions Associate
(K-12 special needs & alternative placements)
Prior to joining NYC Admissions Solutions, Mary Miele was a classroom teacher, learning specialist, and adjunct professor of special education. She is the creator of Evolved Education and the Evolved Education Paradigm.
Mary brings to NYCAS over twenty years of experience as an education consultant within the New York City private and public school systems.
Mary’s areas of expertise include supporting students with ADHD, anxiety, ASD, behavioral issues, ODD, OCD, language-based learning disabilities, non-specific learning disabilities and disorders, dyslexia, processing issues, auditory & visual processing disorders, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, sensory processing disorder, executive functioning delays, as well as students who are twice exceptional, gifted or otherwise neurodiverse.
