Membership Cards for 2019

This is a full mailing to all 2018 Club members. If you picked up your 2019 Club membership card at the December meeting, this email does not apply to you.

If you are unable, or prefer to not attend a meeting to pick up your 2019 membership card; send a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) to:

Please indicate the first and last name of the member(s) the request is for as we have multiple members with the same last name. We will not be mailing membership cards unless we have received your membership renewal form and payment for your 2019 membership dues.

Our membership year ends on December 31, 2018. Membership Cards for 2019 will be mailed to during the first half of January 2019.

If you have not already renewed your Club membership, we urge you to renew today! Otherwise, your Club membership will expire on December 31, 2018.

Renewal is easy! Download the membership renewal form (not the application for new membership) and send it and your dues check today.

PLEASE do not email your renewal form to the Club's membership info email address, it will only delay processing of your renewal.

Remember, our Club bylaws require that members complete and submit a membership renewal form. REMEMBER TO RENEW YOUR NRA MEMBERSHIP THRU THE CLUB WEBSITE.
 
As a member, It is your responsibility to renew your membership prior to December 31st. Per our Club bylaws, any member who does not renew his or her membership prior to the end of the January grace period will no longer be a member in good standing and will be required to re-apply for membership and pay the $10 application fee in addition to the annual dues.
 
AGC rules require that persons seeking to purchase or renew a Range Badge, have in their possession a valid Club membership card for 2019. The 2018 AGC annual range badges will not be valid after January 31, 2019. Persons do not maintain active membership in the Club, and who own a 15 year Range Badge, will have their badge invalidated by the AGC. These are AGC's rules and we are compelled to abide by them.

You must have renewed your Club membership and have a valid 2019 Club membership card. We need time to process your renewal and produce your membership card so please renew early.

You can pay for your 2019 AGC range badge online by credit card. HOWEVER, if you do not have a valid 2019 Mt. Washington membership card, you cannot receive your AGC range badge, even if you have already paid for the badge. Click here to pre-pay for your AGC range badge.
