Dear Muddy Brook Families,

As we prepare to close down school for the winter break and the holiday season, I am struck by a sense gratitude for the community of Muddy Brook.

I am grateful to be part of a caring and supportive community that strives to make others feel welcome and lend a hand where it can.  I am grateful to our dedicated faculty and staff who commit their skills and themselves daily to the growth of our students.  I am grateful for our students - the wonderfully diverse raw material of our work as educators.  And finally, I am grateful to our parents, families and the wider community who provide the resources and support that permits our school to do its work.

To all in our school community, please accept my best wishes for a safe, peaceful, and happy holiday season.

Timothy Lee, Principal

What a season of giving! Thank you to our Muddy Brook community for the generous contributions to the Toy Drive!

Happy Holidays to all!

Warmly,
Muddy Brook PTA

REPORT CARD UPDATE

There is a change of dates for the release of this year’s mid-year progress reports.  On our original school calendar, December 21 was identified as the date to send home report cards from the first half of the school year.

The new date for mid-year progress reports will be January 25, 2019.

This date change is being made to provide more accurate and complete reports of student progress.  As part of the mid-year reports, the school provides results of winter benchmark testing - assessments of basic skills in reading and math.
