Fleet Feet Winter Trail Program's

ONLINE STRENGTH & SKILL WORKOUTS for TRAIL RUNNING

BROUGHT TO YOU BY BALANCED MOVEMENT

WEEK SIX:
SMOOTH CORNERING & CHANGING DIRECTIONS ON THE TRAIL

Last week we worked on building stability & control as we shift side to side while moving forward, following the weaving lines of single track. This week we add an element of pushing off from that lateral direction to generate momentum as we go around corners. Try this workout and find yourself zigging & zagging on the trail without losing power!

As always, give us a shout if we can help in any way.

HAVE YOU BOOKMARKED THE LANDING PAGE?

The landing page has an overview of all 9 weeks of workouts -- we'll post all the links to the workouts here as well.

We're thrilled to offer you 9 weeks of easy-to-follow, time-efficient, targeted online workouts and drills to compliment your trail running prowess!

Our goal is to help you stay, injury-free, balanced, and stronger than ever as you build up to Little River Trail Run in January. We'll be sending you weekly emails with links to the routines, a few words about the purpose and focus, and other tips to keep you on track.

We recommend you do these strength workouts 2-4 times during the week. Do NOT do them on rest days or long mileage / time days. Recovery is crucial!

Question about the program? Dealing with a specific injury and need guidance? Contact us!

We're here to help! Reply to this email or reach out to us any time through the contact form in the workout pages.
