Fourth Sunday of Advent ~ December 23

This Sunday morning we will look at one of the classic carols that simply tells the story of Jesus' birth. Each verse of "Angels, from the Realms of Glory" focuses on a different group of people who were there at that historic event. We, too, are invited to "come and worship!" Remember, Sunday School and Inner-Mission will not meet.

Candlelight Service & Birthday Party for Jesus

For our evening Candlelight Service at 6:00 PM, we will have a shorter reflection based on "God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen." The service will feature our Children's and Adult choirs, special music, Hand Mime and a candle lighting ceremony. Afterwards, we will gather for a cake and punch reception in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring your Christmas outreach gift for the Rockford Rescue Mission and place it under the tree then. Children ages 1-12 are invited to stop by the Chistmas tree for a small gift!
