Projects

This month we continue with a variety of projects being undertaken by the amazing SSP team in Swaziland.

Forbes Reef Primary School

Apart from a little more painting, the two new classrooms and toilet blocks are now complete - see photos. The builders have moved to Salakutjelwa and work will commence soon - see November news for more information about this new project.
Phephile Sefundza

Last month we published the incredibly moving and inspirational story of Phephilewho, who, despite many struggles in life, is going to university to study medical laboratory sciences with help from SSP.

This month we publish an extract from a letter received from Phephile who is nearing the end of the first term.

“Hello. I do not know where to start, but the financial support is making a big difference in my life. I have never been this happy at school in my whole life, going to school and learning with a relaxed mind and knowing that everything is in control. I am doing very well, getting good marks in all my modules with an average of 79.3%.

I start my exams soon and I am spending sleepless nights studying as I go to group discussions during the day. I am looking forward to getting good marks in my exams.

I am so thankful to SSP and its donors – may God richly bless you all!”

Thank You!
Thank you to all who donate to help children in Swaziland stay healthy and escape poverty. Particular thanks this month to St Wilfrid's Church and Brayton PCC.
