Merry Christmas
and Happy Holidays to each and every one of you!  I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your support and kind wishes through the year.   You make this crazy journey all worthwhile!
If this is your first newsletter from me, welcome!  Hope you’ll stay with me as we dive into 2019 – I have many exciting things in the works, including, of course, the next installment of the Henrietta and Inspector Howard series!
So, without further ado . . . let’s get on with the news!

In the News . . .

Excited to have been a guest blogger on The Pulpwood Queens site.  Check it out here!

Girl Like You was featured on ChooseChicago.com as one of “7 Great Books set in Chicago!”  How cool is that?

A Promise Given advances to the short list for Chanticleer’s Geoethe awards – Historical Fiction post 1750.  It now goes on to the final round in three categories: mystery, romance and historical fiction.  Wish me luck!

Up Next!!!
Join me and author, Barbara Stark Nemon, at the Galena Lit Fest in January for what I’m sure will be a lively conversation about books, writing, getting published and anything else literary.  Wine and appetizers will be on hand courtesy of Fried Green Tomatoes, so grab a chair, a glass of wine, and enjoy!  There will be a Q and A and book signing following, with RiverLights Bookstore on deck to provide books for sale.

Hurry and register . . . tickets are going fast!

Thanks to the Galena Public Library for organizing!!!

I’m going to Texas!!!

It’ll be my first time in Texas, where I’ll be a featured author at the Pulpwood Queen Girlfriend Weekend!

I’ll be signing and giving away a copy of A Ring of Truth to every attendee.

So grab your boots and get your ticket now before they sell out!
