Dear Parents,

I hope that the KS1 parents enjoyed the Nativity! A great performance from all of the children! They were all so confident and really tried hard. As I said at the Evening Performance - Christmas has well and truely started. Thank you for supporting them and, as always, a huge thank you to the teachers and staff who helped stage the performance.

Carols by Candlelight

On Wednesday next week we will be having our Carols by Candlelight. The children will be on the school playground and the event will begin at 3pm. The side gate will be open from 2.45pm for you to come up to the playground.

The children will be in their class groups so that they can perform. Please come and stand behind their group - and join in! We would like to make this a fantastic family event in our run up to Christmas. Please make sure younger children watch and don't play on the playground. All of the school children will be expected to stay with their class until they have performed on the stage.

We will have mince pies and liquid refreshment available for a donation. The children will be using their lights (the teachers will let you know how you can pay for your child's). There will also be a table with other Christmas items to buy that the children have made. Bring your pennies!

At the end of the performance you can take your child from the playground. Please let the teacher know you are taking them. We will have a member of staff on the gate and won't let the children go until we know they are safe. Let the office know if you would like to make an alternative arrangement.

Finally, have a look below for other dates! Have a great weekend and thank you for your support. Only a week of school left! Please remind the children that it’s about this time I’m summoned to the Pole to speak with Santa about the children’s behaviour! Naughty or nice? They’ve got a week to help me decide what I tell him!
