CALL FOR ALUMNI STORIES
As we approach the 50th Anniversary KCACTF National Festival, we need your help with collecting alumni stories. A survey is open to collect stories and memories in text, photo, and video form. Please submit your stories here:

We’re looking for stories from a wide range of KCACTF alumni—all disciplines, all years, regardless of whether or not they pursued professional and/or academic theatre. So, please share, tweet, email, post, etc. Tweet them to @KCACTF8 or post on our Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/kcactf8/
GOLD MEDALLION RECIPIENTS
Each year, the eight KCACTF regions honor individuals or organizations that have made extraordinary contributions to the teaching and producing of theatre and who have significantly dedicated their time, artistry and enthusiasm to the development of the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival. Most importantly, recipients have demonstrated a strong commitment to the values and goals of KCACTF and to excellence in educational theatre. It is the most prestigious regional award given by KCACTF and is considered one of the great honors in theatre education.

This year, we honor, Stephanie Breinholt, Brigham Young University (UT), Jeanette Farr, Glendale Community Collee (CA), and Jim Holmes, Loyola Marymount University (CA).

It is very important that schools reserve rooms at the Biltmore. Our programming will be split between LATC and the Biltmore, which is generously hosting Region 8 in its historic hotel. LATC is a short two-block walk from the hotel, and our programming begins early and runs late, making the Biltmore an ideal lodging option. With Pershing Square nearby, affordable parking is available, and restaurants and cafes are also in the immediate vicinity. Please do your best to reserve early as rooms are always awesome at the Biltmore.
