A couple of quick announcements for you over this holiday season. Our new and improved Coach Development Calendar for 2019 is now live for your viewing, we are also excited to announce our first Club Professional Coaching Course since 2015, all the information you need can be found below.

Coaching Calendar 2019
We are excited to launch our Coach Development Calendar for 2019. Along with a brand new look we have made it easy to get all the information you need with a handy search tool along with the ability to filter by region. There is still more programming to be added so make sure you keep an eye on the calendar throughout the year to find your next development opportunity.

Club Professional Course 2019
We are excited to be running a Club Professional Coaching Course (ITF level 2) in Auckland beginning in April 2019. This is the first time this course has been run in New Zealand since 2015 and spaces are limited.

Course Information:
This course prepares coaches to become head coaching professionals at tennis clubs and centres, focusing on coaching tennis to development players and growing a small business. Participants will further develop their ability to plan and deliver coaching sessions with an increased emphasis on developing tactical skills and analysing and correcting technical skills of development players. Applying sport sciences, such as sport psychology, nutrition, strength and conditioning, using technology to analyse performance and planning programs for players of all ages are also covered. The course will provide coaches with the skills to grow a small business, such as small business planning and finances, managing risk, providing customer service and customising programs for customers.
