This is a reminder to the community that the deadline for applications to be considered for the position of Program Director for the Hydrologic Sciences Program has been extended until January 15, 2019. This is the position that was held for many years by Tom Torgerson and is currently being filled by Holly Barnard in an acting capacity. Please take a minute to reflect on just how important this position is to the hydrologic community writ large. The Program Director plays an outsized role in helping identify, foster, and support the scientific efforts of hydrologists and related researchers over a wide range of topics, scales and geographies.
