People have been caroling "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing" for nearly three hundred years. Its overall message is both simple and profound: Jesus is not only "God with us," he is also "God made human." In Christ, God became like us so that we can become like him. That's something to celebrate!

Sunday Night Youth Group

Youth Group Christmas Party: 5:00-8:00 PM, at the home of Jim & Kim Kaufman. Each household is asked to bring a snack and bottle of pop to share. Main dish and table service are provided. Bring a white elephant gift to exchange.

This year our Christmas gift outreach will benefit Rockford Rescue Mission. Their donations run low in January, so we will collect the following items for them: new/gently used winter apparel and boots (all sizes/genders) and new travel-size toiletries. Please place your items under the Christmas tree at our Birthday Party for Jesus, which follows our Candlelight Service (Sunday, December 23 at 6:00 PM). We will deliver your gifts to the mission after the holidays.
