Yes, you can do Christmas without falling completely off the healthy-eating wagon. I think it's okay to splurge here and there, but it's also good to make as many good choices as you possibly can.

I've put together a list of my go-to recipes and preparation tips for Christmas food. Every recipe leans toward whole foods; some of them are Paleo, or keto, or adaptable.
