A book in two parts, it is the result of many years of research into the early history of Rawdon Township where all my ancestors settled between 1824 and 1832.
Up To Rawdon

Greetings to the subscribers of Up To Rawdon, at Christmas 2018 and for the year which lies ahead of us.

This is the seventh update of the website in 2018 and was made possible by the generous sharing of material and photos related to our Rawdon ancestors and their families by friends of Up To Rawdon. In each update, the friend is mentioned by name in the left side column of the website. I truly appreciate their time and interest in Rawdon, its history and the genealogy of its early settlers. Remind your family to look at the website; I try to keep it interesting.

Please, everyone, think of sharing pictures of "the old Rawdon folks, whose faces are in the firelight of your memory", so that I can add to the picture gallery in 2019, with some story about them.

Best wishes

Daniel

The roses were picked from my front yard on November 9th and they kept brightening my day for two weeks. For this letter, they are Christmas roses and I hope they will brighten your holiday season.
