In the last 12 months, there have been 3,088,023 Bible downloads and 17,969,256 chapter views on our Bible web sites. That works out to less than $0.03 for each Bible. Note that a downladed Bible can continue to be read and shared indefinitely, even though it is only counted once in our web server logs. When I think of the lives you have impacted with the Word of God all over the world, in 730 languages, I thank God for you. We appreciate all donations, large and small, monthly and one-time. We know that God loves a cheerful giver.
If you want to make sure a donation can be counted on this year's taxes, make sure it is given online orpostmarked in 2018. (The address to donate to is on our prayer card, above, and at the footer of this email, below.) Note that when you give online, you have the option of setting up an automatic monthly donation if you want to. Many banks and credit unions offer such a service, too. Whitesands Tanna Friends in Vanuatu
There are over 7,500 speakers of the Whitesands Tanna language of Vanuatu. I took this picture on the day their print New Testament was dedicated. In the last couple of months, deliveries of Scriptures from our Bible web sites to Vanuatu has more than doubled. We have also just added 3 more translations in languages spoken in Vanuatu: Baki, Lewo, and Uripiv. We are now up to 817 freely redistributable Bible translations. Details are at eBible.org/metrics.
