Dear Members,

We appreciate this is a particularly busy time of year with Christmas and New year just around the corner. Even during this busy time, your committee is planning ahead for next season. We have discussed a number of new initiatives to get more boats and people on the water to enjoy the superb sailing offered in Beer Bay. We'd be very grateful if you could find a moment to respond to this email and help us make the most of the opportunities available.

One of the initiatives under consideration is possibly changing the day and/or time of the regular weekend sailing as we know some members cannot sail on a Sunday morning or would prefer a different day/time.

With this in mind we thought it would be a good idea to canvass the thoughts of members to get an idea of preferences, in this respect we would be grateful if members looking to sail next year could complete and return the simple questionnaire below putting A, B or C against the day/time whereby:-
