The Second Harvest CEO search team, which includes a representative sample of agency partners, has announced they are on track to have an accepted offer in hand this winter. Current CEO, Rob Zeaske described the collaboration, "We value the many contributions of our agency partners and felt it was critical to involve them in our search for a new CEO for the organization."
The Food Rescue team is excited to welcome Nathan Hesse as the new Food Rescue Programs Manager. Nathan comes to us with an extensive background working with SNAP Ed and SuperShelf. He is eager to use his experience to increase partners' access to the valuable donations available through food rescue relationships.

Pictured above is the Manna Produce Distribution in the parking lot of the Westminster Presbyterian in Worthington, Minnesota. The food shelf has been in operation as a 501c3 since 2004. This past year they installed a walk-in cooler and freezer to ensure space for more fresh and frozen produce and meat!
