Sunday, January 6
Junior Church returns. The Advent Wreath will be lit for the last time as we celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany. We'll also start learning the African Hymn Siyahamba, which we’ll be singing at the Jan. 20 service (see below).

Sunday, January 20
I hope everyone can make it for this service. It will be a combined service with the South Sudanese Community Church and our new Diocesan Bishop, Andrew Asbil, will be in attendance. Some of the children will remember Bishop Asbil from last year’s Ash Wednesday Discovery Day. We will also be welcoming children from the South Sudanese church to our class and singing Siyahamba at the beginning of the service.

Saturday, February 2, 2-4 p.m.
Our annual skating event will be at Rennie Rink. Tell your friends and family members to join us and let us know if you need skates.
