JULIA’S WAFFLES – The best waffle concept ever! Julia bakes your choice of toppings INSIDE THE WAFFLES! Waffles are made-to-order, so they arrive golden, hot, and crispy, loaded with juicy flavor - plain, sweet or savory – in every bite. Maple syrup, hot sauce and butter are complementary! 
 
GEYSERVILLE GOURMET – Goodness sakes! Yes, goodness, indeed – Elena’s naturally fermented (and organic) salads, pickles and vegetables are probiotic, and oh-so-good-for-you – in addition to being delicious.
 
OCEAN VIEW BREW WORKS – “Yes,” Vonnie says “we will be there excitedly with crowlers this Sunday! We didn't have time to can, but we will have the 32-oz. crowlers!” And no, “crowler” is not a typo – it’s a 32-oz. can of beer – growler size + can convenience = crowler. Now you know. 
 
BASE CAMP BAKERY  - Your prayers have been answered! The husband and wife Base Camp team are back with their high quality, hearth-baked organic sourdough bread. Their bread is exclusively leavened with sourdough culture. It’s the real thing, and real good.
 
THE BACONER – You can start eating bacon out of the top drawer again. Camilo is back with his thick slabs of hand-rubbed, heritage pork bacon, with a sous vide finish for that signature deep-down flavor and a silky finish.
 
RICHARD PEARLMAN CHOCOLATES – Time to pick up a treat for yourself! And Richard will be there, “with the usual chocolate wonders.” That would be hot cocoa mix (for those rainy evenings coming up), nut clusters and truffles.
 
MAISON BOUCHE – “I’ll be back this week with GF and regular Scones (Pumpkin Pecan, Cheddar Scallion and more!), Fruit Galettes, Fresh Ginger Cake, Gingersnaps, Key Lime Pie Bars, Cranberry Cake, and Brownies! Oh, Diane, we missed you so much!
 
La NOISETTE SWEETS – It’s that time of year again – Alain is making his famous“Galettes des Rois,” a traditional pastry baked in France throughout the month of January to celebrate the arrival of the Three Kings in Bethlehem. If you’re lucky, you’ll get the charm that is baked into each galette - buy a lottery ticket on the way to the Market!
 
PICNIC -  Back with all your sausage favorites! Sweet and Hot Italian, Maple-Glazed-Donut-and-Bacon Breakfast Links (a Kensington favorite), Leek and White Wine, Sausages and Smoked Kielbasa. But be sure to stop by because there’s always something irresistible that you weren’t to expecting find.

COUNTRY GRILL – Mitchell will be picking up the slack in the ribs department for the Fat Daddy this week – and he keeps a little bbq sauce on the side if you need it. Also in residence - those delicious Rotisserie Chickens will be making the rounds above the grill, and the Roasted Potatoes will be on the grill with the Roasted Brussels Sprouts. "Kick Ass Kale Salad" on the side!
