The New Year starts with a bang- well at least an introspective bang! Five of the ten planets are in Capricorn for this new beginnings solar eclipse. On the worldly level, inner motivations coming from the depth of your soul start to rise to the surface, as if something you can't quite get ahold of is calling you to something new and better. We have 2 powerful eclipses and a supermoon in January. First is a solar eclipse in Capricorn January 5-6.This could be a very potent activator for you. One reason: 5 planets will be in Capricorn - Sun, Moon, Mercury, Saturn, Pluto. Regardless of your sign, eclipses tend to shake things up and bring surprises. So stay tuned. Second eclipse of January 20-21 is a lunar eclipse in Leo at the first supermoon of the year. We'll still be processing the energy of this weekend's eclipse when that second one occurs. Lots of energy with the lunar eclipse, too, as it happens at the first full moon of 2019 and is the first of 3 supermoons (January, February, March).

You know what hard-wired illusions are ready to transform by how you no longer feel Joy in partaking in them. It becomes more difficult to maintain the old.Everything you experience points the way.
Go within and see what you are ready to let go of...regardless of any attempt (from others or from yourself) by the old to hold you back. It may take some very difficult decisions to make. Yet, if you pay attention to what resonates within your Heart, you will make choices that help you evolve. That is, If you want to evolve. It may require that you let go of being approved of by others, dropping all labels you currently identify with and relaxing into your New Life.
The positive side to this Solar Eclipse is that it is a great one if you are creating very elaborate architecture. Capricorn loves to build and sculpture is also well starred. A solar eclipse is a turbocharged New Moon. Generally, New Moon rituals are perfect for planting new seeds and starting afresh. We are essentially working on the blank canvas of the dark moon where our ideas can gestate in the new moon soil. But with an Eclipse, the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth. Therefore the lunar interrupts the flow of energy and causes disruption. It breaks our habitual behaviour and gives us a kind of cosmic reboot. The Moon blots out masculine/left brain energy for a while, so the feminine/right brain is flooded with instinctual and intuitive energy. This makes the unconscious, conscious, like when you become aware that you are dreaming.

Remember the effects of a solar eclipse last 6 months you have plenty of time to be inspired by your muse. If you have no art that you can dive into you might find it very hard to keep your feet on the ground.

The January 20, 2019 lunar eclipse will be visible in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and the Arctic.

When it is Full Moon, everything seems exaggerated, explosive. Moon occultation implies only a type of energy reaching us, the Yang energy, which is masculine. It can be an emotional imbalance or a type of discomfort experienced by most zodiac signs. This is not a good day for starting projects.....more to come.
