Welcome to 2019! I can't wait to see what God has in store for his church in the coming year!  In fact, I don't believe we should have to wait. Scripture tells us that we have not because we ask not. So let's ask for a revelation, a prophetic vision, a glimpse of what's around the bend. How do we do that?

January 13th will be a service you won't want to miss. It will be a day of prayer and worship, seeking God corporately for an awakening in our souls, our church, and our community. What a day that will be!

I am looking for prayer warriors who will agree to pray at the church from 5 AM until 12 noon on the 13th. If you could offer yourself in service to your church for an hour that day, please contact me soon and sign up.

Some in the UMC are frozen in fear and anticipation of what the future holds for our denomination. I pray that we are emboldened and mobilized by the Spirit of God instead! The business of the church on the whole will be decided without our input-but the work of the Kingdom here in Fayette directly depends on our faithful service. To God be the glory, great things he has done-and is doing and will do in our future!
