ANNOUNCEMENTS

Open Houses - Our Open Houses are happening now, Thursday, January 10 at the High School and Saturday, January 12 at the Grade School and Early Childhood Centre! Explore Waldorf education by attending either of our interactive and structured open houses with teacher presentations, peer-lead tours, alumni panel, and classroom/artistic activities. Teachers and current parents will be available to answer questions, and children/students are welcome and encouraged to attend. This event is open to both prospective families as well as currently enrolled families who will enjoy the glimpse into what is coming next! Please arrive at the beginning so that you and your child(ren) do not miss any planned activities!

PS/KG 2019-20 Commitment Forms - Reminder that Preschool and Kindergarten commitment forms and deposits are due by tomorrow, January 11.

GS/HS Re-Enrollment 2019-20 - Watch your inbox at the end of this month for information regarding re-enrollment in the Grade School and High School for the 2019-20 school year.

Simplicity Parenting - We have the pleasure of hosting Kim John Payne again this January 24. He will be presenting to our parents and community on Simplicity Parenting and using the extraordinary power of less to raise calmer, happier & more secure kids. We expect this event to sell out, so be sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time as seating is limited to 120 guests. Registration can be done online using Eventbrite. We look forward to seeing you then, at the Delbrook Community Centre in the Arbutus Room.

Pick-up & Drop-off - Reminder that the lane in front of the school is for "Kiss & Go" drop off only and must be left free for emergency vehicles and the school bus. Do not park here or leave your vehicle at any time between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm. As the days are short and dark, it's critical to use caution in the parking lot and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
