Zumba® Gold Classes Winter Session
The 2019 Winter Session of Zumba® Gold will be held on Saturdays, January 5, 12, 19, and 26, and February 9, 16, and 23 at 10:45 am-11:45 am. A total cost of $52.50 for the 7 week session.
Everyone ages 4 and above can participate in the Zumba® Gold Classes
Zumba® is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. It features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. The Zumba® Gold Class is geared toward those new to Zumba® or those that would like Zumba® at a slower pace. You don't need to know how to dance--just follow our lead and have fun!! Classes will be held at the Patrizio Center for the Arts, 5 First Avenue, Latham, NY. The facility has a brand new sprung dance floor, a surround sound speaker system, and plenty of parking!!!
