1.  Executive Summary

January 9, 2019

Attention Jan Robinson;

1. It has been almost a year since the 2018 AGM meeting and when the VPOA and other veterinarians requested the minutes from the 2018 AGM.   We were all told the CVO does not  approve the minutes until a year later at the 2019 AGM and that this is normal for you.    We would request an outline of those minutes or the completed minutes that you intend to approve so that we and other members of the CVO can read through them and be prepared before attending the 2019 AGM.

2. Have you cancelled (or do you have plans to cancel) the 2019 AGM or future AGM's ?

3.  Have you cancelled the open forum at the end of the AGM were members may ask you questions?

4.  Have you legislated to allow proxy voting yet?

5.  Have you legislated to allow a referendum on your changes to the Vet Act?

6.  Our lawyers tell us you are required to provide us with the emails of the members so that we can discuss issues concerning the profession and the public.   Will you provide a complete list of the emails?

7.  Under the freedom of information act are you required to provide a member with their full past history file?

8.  Will you provide a complete history of all legal fees that the CVO has incurred over the past 10 years?

I await your prompt reply,

Dr. James McCleary
