Board Meeting - 2019 Preparation
Dear Bishops Gate Owners,
Happy New Year. The HOA has been fielding many questions regarding pre-payment of dues for 2019, so easiest to update with all-community email.
To finalize 2019 planning, the Board is meeting on January 10th at 4pm in the education building (modular closest to clubhouse). The budget will be finalized as well as cash examined for waste water planning.
As a reminder, the 3% discount for pre-payment of dues applies through January 31st of each year, so there will still be plenty of time to pre-pay and receive the reduction.
