Recent Bird Studies

I recently traveled to Florida with my sketch board, travel brushes, pencil and La Petite Pallet and 'sketch painted' a number of bird studies for large works.

The process of 'sketch painting' is a form of sketching and painting and is really fun. I have a short blog post below (featured blog post) on my process and supplies that I use to travel and paint.
