With your help, in 2019, #unitecloud will empower your neighbors to join us in our project to "Transform our Communities through Education and Engagement”. In this project, we will partner with individuals, businesses and communities throughout Central MN to encourage people to know and love their neighbors. We will train community members to move out of indifference and into action and will also empower people to join their neighbors in efforts to ensure that all can survive and thrive in Central MN.
This program will include:
12 "Moving Indifference to Action" trainings
4 "Love Your Neighbor" gatherings
4 Community-wide #unitecloud Speaking Team events
The total funding needed for this project is $52,440. So far we have received $30k in grant funding from Central MN Community Foundation and Headwaters Foundation for Justice. Adding that to the total received from our Annual Fundraiser this month (along with the Morgan Family Foundation match) we are up to $38,490! The remaining funding will be secured through other pending grants and area business sponsorships.
