Dynamic Value Parenting program 2019
|
|
|
The Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education (CISSE) will be offering DynamicValue Parenting (DVP) workshops starting Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Centre.
The DVP program, consisting of 15 modules aims at providing parents hands-on practical tools to develop self-confidence, self-direction, love, selfless motives and creating an awareness of what actions make the family strong and peaceful through open discussion, brainstorming, and role-plays.
Note: It is mandatory for parents of children attending SSE classes to register for the workshops.

Declare April 24 as a
National Human Values Day

The Walk for Values has spread internationally and has now become a Canadian National and International Event. The SSIO Canada proposes that the Government of Canada passes a motion in the parliament declaring April 24th as an Annual National Human Values Day.
To make it happen, maximum support and signatures are required from all; friends, families and colleagues.

What: Serving hot meals to the needy in the community.
Where: Council Fire Native Cultural Centre, South/West corner of Dundas & Parliament, Toronto

Soup & Sandwich Drive
What: An opportunity to serve sandwiches, cookies, juice, soup, etc. to our homeless brothers and sisters.
