 Praise Ensemble. We are starting a praise ensemble this year! This group will be singing and playing various styles of worship music. The Praise Ensemble will sing/play twice a month.  Bible study with Pastor Nick. A bible study on the book of Zechariah began this month. We meet in the Fellowship Room each Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. See you there!

 Superbowl briskets. The Men's Group will be smoking briskets for Super Bowl weekend again this year. Proceeds from the sale of these delicious marvels will be split between support of the Fishes and Loaves Food Pantry at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Irving and a Men's Group project to provide seating for the pavilion. You can sign up for brisket at the Fellowship kiosk. It will be sold by the pound ($20/pound) or $100 for a complete brisket (approximately 6-7 pounds cooked weight).

 Congregational meeting. Our January semi-annual congregational meeting will be held on Sunday, January 27, at 11:00 a.m. Please note that there will be only one worship service that day at 10:00 a.m. There will be no Sunday School.

 Secret Sisters. It is time to draw for Secret Sisters for 2019. A Secret Sister is someone to pray for daily for one year; celebrate her special occasions with a small gift or card; secretly let her know she is loved and prayed for. You will reveal your identity at the end of the year. Sign-up forms are available at the Fellowship kiosk. Please return your completed form to the the kiosk by this Sunday, January 13.
