Dear MTC Families,
I would like to welcome you all back after what I hope was a restful and enjoyable break. and announce some exciting additions!
First, we welcome Mrs Rita Commo who will taking over as our new Kitchen Manager. Rita's menu will begin February 1st, and I am confident that you will love the changes (including a salad bar!). Rita has 9 years experience in school cafeterias, and a fantastic reputation! Rita stated, "I have a son Brandon, 22yo, a daughter Brianna, 19yo, and a husband, Rich. I was the cafeteria manager at Visitation BVM for 6 years and most recently at The Wyndcroft School for 3 years. I love to cook and to see the children's smiling faces as they come through the kitchen for their lunch. I hope to make the children's lunch break a healthy and happy time for them".
Next, we are adding an EL program to our school! Mrs. Theresa Allerton will be coordinating and teaching our students in this program. This is another fantastic addition to the programs we can offer to families seeking a quality Catholic education!
Additionally, we welcome Ms Sydney Coughlin, who will be joining Mrs. Leary in our first grade.
And for this Friday, we will have a Green Friday in celebration of our Eagles! Students may wear Eagles attire or green OVER/in addition to their regular uniform. Please remember hats are not permitted in the building.
