This five-week course concentrates on painting and drawing and is inspired by Anthroposophy, which opens a wider understanding of art as an essential part of human development.

The course is a seasonal Biodynamic gardening training and is composed of a theoretical and a practical part. Participants work daily in the gardens (vegetable and estate) with their tutors. Before each action the general principles are explained, sharing the philosophy behind each move and giving full awareness of the process.

A Crossfields Institute Quality Mark Course at level 4, open to members of medical and allied professions, carers and non-professionals. This part-time, modular, foundation course provides a comprehensive introduction to Rhythmical Einreibung, a method of gentle, therapeutic touch.
Rhythmical Einreibung is an appropriate treatment for people of all ages and can benefit a wide range of physical and emotional health problems. It can be used as part of nursing care, to apply an oil or ointment to a problem area, as a gentle whole body treatment or as part of the nurturing of family and friends.
