As 2019 fast approaches, there are still some tickets for our inspirational ‘Going Vegan (What to Eat in Veganuary)' masterclasses available to snap up! Dates now remaining are Sunday 6th January 12.00 - 4.30pm and Saturday 12th January 10.00am - 2.30pm.
During the incredibly popular campaign Veganuary, we offer support for your journey with the opportunity to learn all about easy and delicious vegan dishes that mean you won't miss out. Our awesome teachers, Anton Petrov and Bruna Oliveira, will show you that going vegan is far from restrictive, and give you the tools and confidence to be creative and have fun!
Our Going Vegan masterclass includes:
- An introduction to a variety of delicious and nutritious vegan ingredients
- A selection of quick and easy recipes for breakfast, including pancakes and which mylks to put in your cuppa
- Wholefood recipes to create delicious creamy and cheesy flavours and textures, such as bechamel and cheese for gratin
- How to make mouth-watering vegan desserts, cakes and cookies
- Recipes to create hearty meaty flavours and textures using ingredients such as smoked tempeh and tofu
- Learning the health benefits of vegan ingredients and the importance of including fermented foods in your diet
- Plenty of tasty meals and snacks throughout the day
- Delicious plant based recipes to take home
Masterclass tickets make wonderful festive gifts and proceeds go towards funding our free community programme, so by booking a place you will also be supporting a good cause.
