We are so thankful for your support both in the form of donations to our Fall/Winter GoFundMe Campaign and the time you've kindly invested in our cause in one way or another during the last decade. We are very excited to move forward with the pre-production efforts for this summer's musical in Monteverde, Costa Rica. As 2019 is just a few days away, we're happy to announce that we have begun our recruitment efforts to fill the following positions that will make up our creative & production team:

Join us in the breathtaking mountains of the Costa Rican Cloud Forest, as we put on a full production of a musical with a fantastic, diverse group of youth.

|
Funded volunteer positions will receive roundtrip airfare to San José, Costa Rica, transportation to Monteverde to and from the airport as well as full room & board expenses will be covered. The unpaid internships for college students have a fee attached to them which covers room & board (3 meals per day) with a Costa Rican host family, weekly laundry with host family, work-related transportation within Costa Rica, some tours and activities with participants, training & supervision and Spanish for Theatre classes both for beginning and intermediate speakers.
Our staff every year is made up of flexible, multidisciplinary individuals with a passion for musical theatre, arts education and community building. Interns for these positions will be accepted into the program with specific responsibilities, but should also expect to take on a variety of duties and roles outside of the traditional tasks association with that position. These are intense, full-time positions. Interns will work 8 - 10 hours per day and have one day off per week. We are able to provide academic credit for our internships.
