Dear All
Please see detailed below the list of volunteer roles that we need to fill for Galas 7-18 at the forthcoming counties. Can I ask you to please review the information below and if you can help then please come back to me ASAP as we need to confirm to county by Friday 4th January. I would prefer not to have to use Team Managers or Officials for these volunteering roles as we are already asking these people for a large commitment over the period of these galas.

If you do volunteer in one of the roles listed you are permitted FOC (free of charge) access for the gala in which you are volunteering, or if volunteering between gala’s e.g. catering or warm-up marshal then access is FOC for either the gala immediately before or after the session for which you have volunteered.
