We are excited to announce that bentART has a new category - POSTCARD.

The 2019 Theme for the Postcard Category is "Reassessing Normal".  

Come along to the workshop and create an artwork to enter in the  Postcard Category, get some ideas or pick up a board to take home to create your masterpiece. 

Our very talented bentART Vice President, Chia Moan will lead the workshop to tap into your creative thoughts and talents.  Chia interested in having an exploratory discussion of what ‘normalcy’, acceptance, and inclusion means to us post marriage equality. And equally how ‘not normal’, rejection and being an outsider informs how we see, define and experience ourselves. We will do this using visual language and prompts. You don’t have to be an artist to join this workshop.

Prepared boards (approximately A5) will be available on the day for $5.00.  Note:  boards will be available from end of January if you want to pick up earlier. All artworks submitted in this category must be on the board supplied by bentART.

The artwork could be a painting, collage, drawing, photograph. The only criteria is it must be two dimensional and submitted on the supplied board.
