New Program-New Instruments Class Offered

Master Class with World Level Musician

|
|
2019 is going to be such a great year for learning about music! You will get to further develop your musical knowledge through master classes.
Further Music School is pleased to announce master classes with world-renowned musicians! In depth instruction about playing, techniques, phrasing, performing, and theory will be discussed. You will also be able to ask these first rate musicians questions about how to become a better player! What a fantastic way to develop your skills!

Master Class with Olga Jegunova
Olga is a world class musician who earned her bachelor's degree from Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music and a master's degree at the Hochschule fur Musik und Theater Hamburg.
She studied at the Royal College of Music and received her Artist Diploma course under Dmitri Alexeev and then at the Royal Northern College of Music where her teacher was Norma Fisher. In 2013 she studied at the Samling Academy in the UK.

Master Class with Yin Chengzong (殷承宗）
Pianist Yin Chengzong is widely recognized as one of the most renowned Chinese pianists in the world. Having concertized in all five continents.
Since 1990s, Yin has played hundreds of concerts, solo or with major orchestras, all over China, even transporting his Steinway piano whenever he performed.
Having released more than 30 albums, Yin Chengzong can be heard on DR Classics, ABC, Marco Polo, China Records and Moscow labels.
Since moving to the United States in 1983, a professor and an artist-in-residence at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
