Become One of BEAM's Donors
Last year, over 300 people made a donation to BEAM. People in New York, Los Angeles, and all over the country gave to help develop real pathways for advanced study for underserved students. Mathematicians and scientists gave; people in technology and finance gave; folks who always liked math but now do something unrelated gave; folks who never liked math gave; and a few students' parents even stretched their budget to make a donation (we never asked).
This is our final reminder for the year. It's not too late to get it in before the end of the tax year and even contribute to our π-match. Thank you to everyone for making BEAM possible, and our best wishes in this holiday season!
Each $1 of new donations or increases over prior donations will have $2.14159... added personally by our board of directors, for $π of impact!

"I would say that BEAM definitely propelled my math interest. It made me want to go to more math camps, and I still haven’t stopped going. Through this time I’ve learned a lot. One thing I give BEAM credit for was exposing me to specialized high schools. Beforehand, I knew nothing about them and I ended up going to Brooklyn Technical High School. I thank this program a lot for that."
— Malachi, freshman, SUNY Binghamton, majoring in actuarial science; Malachi holds the BEAM record for most consecutive summers spent at a math program: six!
