Here's the latest at Nativity of Our Lord

Merry Christmas!

On behalf of Fr. Patrick, our Christmas prayer at Nativity of Our Lord is that God will continue to shower His peace, mercy, care, and love upon you and your family; that you will be a beacon of hope to all those who are in your lives; and that people will encounter Jesus, as the best gift of all, through you.

St. John

Today we celebrate the feast of Saint John (pictured above left), apostle and beloved disciple of Jesus, and author of the Gospel of John, the Epistles of John, and the Apocalypse (Revelation) of John.
Almighty God, who through the blessed Apostle John have unlocked for us the secrets of your Word, grant, we pray, that we may grasp with proper understanding what he has so marvelously brought to our ears. Amen!

Mary, Mother of God

Tuesday — New Year's Day — is the solemn feast of Mary, Mother of God, a holy day of obligation. Please join us for Mass on Monday evening at 5pm or Tuesday morning at 9am or 11am. And Happy New Year!

Holy Family

Sunday is the solemn feast of the Holy Family, and the readings instruct us on how to imitate Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. The First Readings (alternately from Sirach and 1 Samuel), teach us of the relationship between parents and children. Then, St. Paul's epistle to the Colossians teaches us about the relationship between spouses: "As the Lord has forgiven you, so must you also do" (Col 3:13).
