Soundscape!!
There will be a meeting for Soundscape parents and students on Tuesday Jan 22 at 6:30 pm in the Choir Room regarding the Florida trip. Please plan to attend. I will give information regarding luggage requirements, we will talk about transportation to the airport and other logistics.
- Soundscape Florida Rehearsal Schedule:
- Monday Jan 14: 2:30 – 3:35 pm
- Monday Jan 21: (MLK – no school) 10 am– 2 pm
- Tuesday Jan 22: 12:45 – 2 (Finals Week dismissal is at 12:40)

Titan Auction!!
Tickets go on sale soon!!
Planning for the Ed Foundation Titan Auction is underway. The auction will be held on February 2nd at the Mission Mill from 5-9pm.
The Choir Booster Board invites anyone who wants to join us as we prepare for this awesome fundraising event. Ultimately, we need all of you to help make this the best auction ever.

Students - the concert review form is on westsalemchoir.org or you can pick one up in the classroom. Please read and follow directions on the program before you attend a concert.
Please turn these in early if possible.

All City Auditions
Tuesday, January 15th at 4 pm @ South Salem HS
**Students should arrive at South at least 10 min prior to their scheduled audition time. Click on the link below, then click “Audition Times” to see your time. There is a list in the choir room. If you did not register you can still audition as a “Walk-on.” Just show up any time after 4 pm. If for any reason you need to cancel email Mrs. Mac asap.

There is an All City workshop for anyone wanting tips and practice at South Salem in the Choir Room for Audition tips and practice tomorrow (Monday) 4 pm – 5 pm.

Canada Trip News
May 23-27,2019
CT and Asteria will be attending a festival over Memorial Day Weekend 2019. Information was emailed. Monthly payments due on the first Monday of each month through May thereafter.
**All Students and chaperones going on the trip have to have passports by April 1. We encourage you to get started in that process, as it takes a while.
Parents/Guardians interested in chaperoning this trip:
Chaperone applications will be available on the website sometime this week.
Chaperones do not pay for their travel and hotel.
