Dear GOPAC Members,
Please be advised that the electronic Annual General Meeting (AGM) of GOPAC for 2018-19 will be held on March 15, 2019.
Members who wish to propose any additional agenda items for the AGM may lodge them with the Secretariat by midnight Jakarta time on January 14, 2019. Members who wish to propose any constitutional amendments may lodge them with the Secretariat by midnight Jakarta time on January 19, 2019.
A final agenda will be sent to members by February 13, 2019, when electronic voting on agenda items is opened. Please note that as GOPAC elections are held every two years, this “2018 AGM” contains no elections for board positions. (A biennial election AGM will be scheduled from October 2019 to March 2020). Members who wish to obtain a proxy vote form or advise of any email address change should contact the Secretariat.
