CELEBRATE REVEREND MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR.
  • Racial and Intercultural Justice. All are welcome at Kennedy Heights Presbyterian Church (6312 Kennedy Ave) on January 20th at 10:30 a.m. The Sunday service will feature guest speaker David Singleton. A member of the church and a distinguished attorney, David is a Professor of Law at Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and the Executive Director of the Ohio Justice and Peace Center. The topic is “Racial and Intercultural Justice: Criminal Justice.” 
  • Create Art for a Difference at Kennedy Heights Arts Center. Youth 5-14 are encouraged to participate in a special arts-based service project. This day of service encourages youth to understand why we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the benefits of volunteering your time, how to be kind to everyone, and how to use your creative talents to make a difference in the community. All are encouraged to attend our FREE Community Dinner on Tuesday, January 15, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Stick around for the Community Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. where we discuss local issues that impact you! Let your voice be heard.
