Meet CHSNE's New Interns
We're excited welcome Sally and Vena to their spring internships at CHSNE!
Sally Chen joined CHSNE in January as a Membership Database Intern. Sally is an Information Systems major at Suffolk University with a minor in Big Data. She loves to learn about different cultures and their unique foods. If given the opportunity, she would love to go to Asia and explore the various cities. Sally hopes her internship database project will result in an user-friendly system. You can reach Sally at sally.chsne@gmail.com.

Vena Nguyen joined CHSNE in January as an Archives & Collection intern. She is a student at Suffolk University where she is majoring in History with a minor in Asian Studies. When she’s not busy with school, you can find her trying out new recipes in the kitchen. CHSNE's Volunteer of the Month
This month, we'd like to show our appreciation to CHSNE volunteer Alex!

Alex Li joined CHSNE in November 2018 as a volunteer transcribing oral histories. He is currently a student at Commonwealth School and enjoys learning about ancient history, biology, and anything related to Shakespeare. Alex hopes to connect periods of his own personal life with those of whom he is transcribing, all while preserving the daily lives of Chinese Americans in Chinatown.
