The Annual Meeting is January 15th (always the 3rd Tuesday in January) and will be held at the Reservoir Community Center at 7:00 p.m.
Nine residents will be elected to serve on a one-year basis to manage and administer the Association's affairs.
Please make every effort to attend.

YOUR PRESENCE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING TO HEAR THE 2019 PLANS FOR YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND CAST YOUR VOTE IN PERSON FOR THE 2O19 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CURRENTLY WE HAVE RECEIVED 27 PROXIES AND WE NEED 90 TO REACH A QUORUM. WE ARE ASKING FOR EVERYONE TO MAKE A CONCERTED EFFORT TO VOTE!
Many have asked about the Annual Meeting. The Bylaws require an Annual Meeting each January to elect nine board members to serve the upcoming year. In addition, there will be a VERY brief committee report and a review of the 2019 budget and 2018 expenditures.
We hope to see you at the Annual Meeting at the Community Reservoir Center on Tuesday January the 15th at 7:00 p.m.
