Personally, I don't do resolutions. It puts more pressure on me to DO, BE or move towards something that doesn't feel natural. And also, I am not a linear thinker, more of a "circular" thinker...I prefer affirmations, and set (and RE-set) them constantly based on the reality of my life and its shifts.
My current affirmations include:
"Clarity", "Balance", "Find Divine" and "Focus".
