Thank you everyone for supporting us!! Our 4-H Soup Supper Event was a huge success breaking yet another record. Even on a cold night, Louisa County represents well. Our Dessert Auction brought in $6,935 last weekend. The raffle of the grill and the meat bundle= $2,785 and the soup supper = $1,140!!! Grand total—a record setting $10,860!! Way to go Louisa County 4-H!!! These funds will be used to pay the $35 enrollment fee per 4-H member as well as fund club mini grants and provide scholarships to graduating and alumni 4-H members. Again, Thank You all for your support of Louisa County 4-H!

We all want the same thing for our fellow Iowans as we do for our Iowa farms, to flourish. When we invest time and effort in ourselves, we continue to grow and develop, as do crops. Then, together, we are all much stronger and more attractive, just like a healthy and prosperous yield. Strengthening our youth as well as our workforce is crucial to our state and local communities.
